Lemons and gingersnaps — Who knew? This delectable treat is a unique blend of smooth, creamy organic lemon ice cream with big pieces of organic, gluten-free gingersnap cookies with hints of cinnamon and spice.

We searched high and low for a certain kind of cookie with just the right flavor. We found the perfect cookie at Pamela’s Products in Ukiah, California, which also supplies the organic cookies in our Organic Cookies & Cream Ice Cream.

Straus Family Creamery Organic Lemon Gingersnap Ice Cream begins with premium organic milk and organic cream. We don’t use any gums, thickeners, stabilizers, artificial ingredients, or coloring agents in our ice cream base.

You can taste the difference.

Our certified organic dairy products are Non-GMO Project Verified, certified kosher, and gluten free. The cows are never treated with hormones or antibiotics. They graze on pesticide-free organic pastures during good weather and are given 100% organically grown supplemented feeds.

The cows graze on sweet grasses in the unique, coastal climate of Western Marin and Sonoma Counties in Northern California. This grazing environment is reflected in the rich and unique flavor of Straus’ organic milk, organic cream, and all of our organic dairy products.
