Thanks to our mild coastal climate, fresh marine air, and thriving grasslands, our cows graze on sweet, organic pasture for at least 120 days per year. This pasture-based approach supports animal welfare, healthy ecosystems, and gives our milk its rich, distinctive flavor.
Simple & Minimally Processed
Sustaining Family Farms
We source our milk directly from 13 local organic family farms located within an average of 15 miles from our Creamery. We work closely with our farmers to ensure stable economic relationships, driving sustainable and regenerative farming practices, and supporting farm resilience to help keep small, family-run dairies viable for future generations.
