As members of a thriving family-farming community here in Northern California, we have always enjoyed buying produce directly from local organic farms at farmers’ markets. Naturally, we thought these farmers’ markets would also be perfect places to offer our organic dairy products. Farmers’ markets are important to us as they play a critical role in the ongoing movement to preserve sustainable family farming and food production — a core component of our mission. Plus, we appreciate meeting our customers face-to-face, educating about sustainable organic farming practices, sharing climate change solutions, hearing suggestions, listening to feedback, and sharing new products and recipes.
Straus Family Creamery offers all our organic dairy products — milk, yogurt, butter, sour cream, and ice cream — at Bay Area farmers’ markets.
