  • Wash, top, and tail the green beans before blanching them. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, then add sliced garlic and fry until the edges begin to brown.=

  • Add the beans to the pan and toss, then add the butter and a generous pinch of salt. Cook until beans reach desired softness. We like a little crunch!

  •  Plate and serve.
