Ingredients

2 pounds green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons Straus Organic Lightly Salted European Style Butter

Instructions

Step 1

Wash, top, and tail the green beans before blanching them. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, then add sliced garlic and fry until the edges begin to brown.=
Step 2

Add the beans to the pan and toss, then add the butter and a generous pinch of salt. Cook until beans reach desired softness. We like a little crunch!
Step 3

Plate and serve.
