Loaded Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

Yogurt Layer
Toppings
  •  diced cucumber
  •  diced tomato
  •  sliced kalamata olives
  •  thinly sliced red onion
  •  chopped roasted red pepper
  •  crumbled feta cheese
  •  
  •  fresh dill & a drizzle of olive oil
  •  sliced pita bread or pita crackers/chips

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.

  • Spread the yogurt onto a serving platter or bowl in an even layer.

  • Top the yogurt with the cucumber, tomato, olives, red onion, red pepper, and crumbled feta.

  • Finish the dip with plenty of fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!!
