Straus Family Creamery Organic Whole Plain European Style Yogurt starts with premium organic whole milk and four active, live cultures. This easily pourable yogurt has a smooth and creamy texture. The taste profile is drawn from traditional cultures, which are slightly more acidic than mass-produced yogurts.
Unlike other yogurts, which are heated inside their plastic cups, Straus Family Creamery yogurt is slowly cultured and vat-set for up to 9 hours in stainless-steel vats. It is cooled and then poured into our recyclable cups and tubs, preserving its authentic dairy flavor.

Our certified organic dairy products are Non-GMO Project Verified, certified kosher, and gluten free. The cows are never treated with hormones or antibiotics. They graze on pesticide-free organic pastures during good weather and are given 100% organically grown supplemented feeds.
