Grilled Organic Peaches

Before you turn off the grill, throw on a few peach halves for a quick dessert that’s complex in flavor and incredibly easy to prepare. This flavorful dessert celebrates the perfect harmony of ripe, organic Frog Hollow Farm peaches,  smooth vanilla, and a touch of bourbon–topped with Straus Organic Heavy Whipping Cream.


  •  Straus Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  •  powdered sugar
  •  vanilla extract
  •  bourbon (optional)


  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Slice the peaches in half, remove the pits, and lightly brush them with a little bit of neutral oil to prevent sticking.

  • Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until you see grill marks. Flip them over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peaches are tender and slightly caramelized.

  • For the vanilla bourbon whipping cream, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and bourbon (if desired) in a bowl. Whisk vigorously until soft peaks form.

  • Cool the peaches for a few minutes and serve them with a generous dollop of the vanilla bourbon whipping cream on top.
