Organic Mac and Cheese

Our Organic Mac and Cheese recipe includes a medley of flavors—a touch of sea salt, sharp cheddar, a hint of garlic powder, and smoked paprika, plus the creaminess of our Organic Whole Plain Greek Yogurt and Organic Cream-Top Milk. This recipe has a luxuriously smooth, velvety cheese sauce made from scratch with wholesome ingredients and is perfect for dinner on a school night or a delicious lunch option—packed with quality protein.


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 8



  • Cook macaroni as directed on the package, adding ¼ tsp salt to boiling water. Drain and set aside.

  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Add and whisk flour, sea salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to make a roux for 1 minute. Add 1 cup milk and whisk until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, and whisk. Heat till thickened (3-5 min), don't boil. Lower heat, add cheese and whisk until smooth.

  • Mix cooked pasta with cheese sauce. Cool for 3-5 min for slightly thickened sauce. Serve warm.
