Crafted with pure, simple ingredients, and minimally processed. No gums, thickeners, stabilizers, artificial ingredients, or coloring agents are ever used in our yogurt. You can taste the difference.

Our Organic Whole Vanilla Greek Yogurt is made with premium organic whole milk and active, live cultures. Like our European Style Yogurts, it is slowly cultured and vat-set. Then, it’s carefully strained to create the thick and creamy texture of traditional Greek yogurt along with the delicious, authentic Straus Family Creamery taste.

Unlike other yogurts, which are incubated inside their plastic cups, we incubate our yogurt in stainless-steel vats and then fill our recyclable plastic containers with cooled yogurt.

Enjoy it at breakfast topped with fruit or in a smoothie. The subtle sweetness and vanilla flavor make it an elegantly simple dessert or snack all on its own.

Our certified organic dairy products are Non-GMO Project Verified, certified kosher, and gluten free. The cows are never treated with hormones or antibiotics. They graze on pesticide-free organic pastures during good weather and are given 100% organically grown supplemented feeds.

The cows graze on sweet grasses in the unique, coastal climate of Western Marin and Sonoma Counties in Northern California. This grazing environment is reflected in the rich and unique flavor of Straus’ organic milk, organic cream, and all of our organic dairy products.
