Ingredients

2 pints Organic Super Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
2 Medium ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups Vanilla wafer cookies, broken into pieces
2-3 tbsp Caramel sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Layer one pint of the Straus Organic Super Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream in the bottom of a loaf pan.
Step 2

Top with sliced bananas, cookie pieces, and a good drizzle of caramel sauce.
Step 3

Add another pint of Straus Organic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and top with remaining banana slices, cookies, and more caramel sauce.
Step 4

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 8 hours.
Step 5

Scoop and enjoy!
